Warp: ripple or bend a picture

Warp bends a layer's pixels through smooth noise, like a reflection in water, or into a fixed shape such as an arc.

Try this

  1. Press play. The cell beside Untouched ripples and settles.
  2. Click that photo, open Effects and click Warp.
  3. Drag Amount, then Detail, then Drift.
  4. Open Effects on the wire and drag Bend. Its ends stay on the posts.
